Yukon Commissioner

The Office of the Yukon Commissioner got in touch just before the holidays to do a quick Goodbye/Retirement video for our popular commissioner, Doug Phillips. We spent a day interviewing several of his associates and friends from the many years of his service. The video was shown at the annual Commissioner's New Year's Levee and will soon be available online.

Golden Predator Mining - Winter

Golden Predator Mining invited me back to their 3 Aces Property to showcase their winter operation. It was a frigid -35˚C but at least the light cooperated (for the few hours it was out). The video has been very well received at this year's Roundup Mining Conference - Golden Predator stock has jumped from approximately $0.50 to $1.70 since the video was launched...and I like to think it's largely because of the video ; )

Yukon Brewing Bachelor Auction.

The Boys & Girls Club of Yukon got in touch looking to make a promo video for the 2017 Bachelor Auction. Thankfully the bachelors were all good sports about having a little fun with it...especially the dude in the speedo in -20˚C.

Cody Coyote & Vision Quest - Northern Lights

Last summer I was at a small grocery store on the Sunshine Coast shopping for wine when my phone rang and a random Ontario number popped up. I answered and discovered an aboriginal hip hop artist named Cody Coyote. He mentioned he would be in the Yukon in a few weeks and wanted to shoot a Hip Hop video with his collaborators, local Whitehorse group Vision Quest. I was hesitant at first but excited once I heard the song. I hadn't done a music video in a while and I've always loved doing them as it's a chance to flex your creative muscles and work with other creatives/artists to make something great.
